Hello and welcome! I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve ever felt misunderstood, struggled to open up, or found traditional approaches unhelpful. That’s why I focus on creating a warm, safe, and accepting space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and valued, just as you are.

About me

I am a Psychotherapist specialising in ADHD and Autism, working with young people and adults online or face to face within Derby and Nottingham. Although every client is unique, I typically support clients navigating issues such as: burnout, rejection sensitivity, emotional dysregulation, executive functioning struggles, and the impact these have on self-esteem, identity, and relationships.

I’m not a blank-slate therapist, I’m engaged, human, and very present in the room. I’ll gently challenge you when it helps, sit with you when it feels heavy, and meet you with warmth, honesty, and humour.

Alongside my lived experience as a neurodivergent woman, I have extensive professional experience supporting  young people and adults, both in charities across the East Midlands and in private practice. I hold a BSc in Psychology, an MA (Level 7) in Person-Centred Psychotherapy, and my masters research focused on the autistic female experience of unmasking and moving toward authenticity. This means our work is informed by both practical experience and a genuine understanding of what it’s like to navigate these challenges.

I am also an accredited registrant member of the NCPS (The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society), which reflects my commitment to delivering therapy that meets the highest ethical and professional standards.
